This day focuses on self-awareness and uncovering patterns and emotions.

Releasing & Resetting – “Letting Go to Make Space for the New”
Letting go of emotional baggage and outdated beliefs clears space for growth.
Day 4:
Integration & Renewal – “Returning with Clarity & Purpose”
Insights are integrated into an action plan for purposeful living.
