Since it’s already summer, I wanted to write about the importance of vacation, but then I decided to approach it from a different angle.

Let’s understand what burnout is, how it manifests, and why it’s important to pay attention to it.

Burnout is a state of physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion, often caused by prolonged and chronic stress, particularly related to work and responsibilities.

It is very important for companies to pay attention to the well-being of their employees because burnout directly affects company results and can lead to employee turnover.
