Description
This 4-hour interactive workshop aims to provide participants with tools and strategies to enhance their overall wellbeing, leading to a more fulfilling life, by:
1. Understanding Wellbeing Concepts – Define the concept of wellbeing and its various dimensions (physical, mental, emotional, social).
2. Mindfulness and Stress Management – Participants will learn practical stress management techniques to reduce workplace/ life stress and enhance overall mental health, by identifying the triggers and manage the stress effectively.
3. Integrating Wellbeing Practices – Explore ways to integrate wellbeing practices into daily life.
